The Robert and Maude Gledden Postgraduate Scholarship is awarded to domestic applicants for research in applied science, more particularly relating to surveying, engineering, mining or cognate subjects. The Gledden Scholarships provide a stipend of $38,000 per annum plus a travel allowance of up to $5000.
The scholarships are typically awarded to PhD students enrolled in Engineering and Mathematical Sciences and Science, however applications from students with relevant research projects in other faculties will also be considered.
Applicants must submit a 100 word statement explaining the relevance of their proposed research to the terms of the Gledden Trust.
Available in the 2023 Round for Domestic applicants and UWA international graduates only
