ARC Industrial Transformation Training Centre for Transforming Maintenance through Data Science PhD Scholarships
Description

The Industrial Transformation Training Centre aims to transform the maintenance management process, enabling Australian companies to lead the way maintenance is conducted, increasing both productivity and profitability through the automation of the work management stages. The Centre is seeking 6 PhD students to participate in the delivery of the next generation of data science solutions focused on industry problems.

You will be required to undertake research and industrial training activities as directed by your supervisor and in accordance with the ARC's Key Performance Indicators for the Centre including annual placements in the Centre's Partner Organisations or other industry organisations. These include research placements totalling a minimum of one year (12 months) full-time during the course of your PhD project; participating in mentoring programs, attending professional (industrial) short courses and workshops; and completing a 6 month internship with an industry partner.

Interested applicants should have completed a Masters or Bachelor (Honours) in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related discipline.

Successful international applicants will be offered a tuition fee scholarship.
