Charles and Annie Neumann Scholarships in Agriculture [F53120]

The late Frieda Grace Marie Neumann bequeathed the residue of her estate to establish and maintain a postgraduate award or awards in agriculture, to enable graduates of the Faculty of Science at The University of Western Australia to engage upon research either within or out of the State of Western Australia in the interest of and for the benefit of farming in Western Australia. Three Charles and Annie Neumann Fellowship PhD Top-Up Scholarships in Agriculture valued at $15,000 per annum are available for award for 2018. The purpose of these scholarships is to encourage UWA Honours and Masters graduates to undertake further studies in Agriculture. One scholarship is available for a highly ranked UWA Honours graduate, and two scholarships are available for highly ranked Masters graduates. This is a supplementary top-up scholarship to be held in conjunction with a Research Training Program Stipend, a University Postgraduate Award (UPA) or equivalent postgraduate research scholarship recognised by the University.Available in the 2018 mid-year round for Domestic applicants and UWA International Graduates
