Medicine & Dentistry Summer Vacation Scholarship

Applications are invited from Medical, Dental, Health Science and Podiatric
Medicine students who wish to gain some experience in a research environment during the course of their degree.

The Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences will fund several Faculty Office Vacation Scholarships for the forthcoming summer vacation.

Value

Each scholarship will provide $2000 for a six week period of research (total value $2000)

Eligibility

The Vacation Scholarships are open to MBBS, BDSc, BHlthSc and BPodM
students at any stage in their course.

The Scholarships will support supervised research in an area of medical
science at The University of Western Australia.

Although the Scholarships are available to all students who wish to gain
experience in biomedical research, preference will be given to students
actively considering entry into any honours level course within the Faculty.
