MWH donates $7,500 annually to provide a scholarship to assist and encourage meritorious students to undertake research and studies in the field of hydrogeology, the branch of geology that deals with the study of underground water and the geological aspects of surface water. Value & DurationThe annual value of the scholarship is $7,500. The scholarship is tenable for two semesters which are normally consecutive. Eligibile CoursesAn applicant must be eligible to enrol - (a) an honours course leading to the degree of Bachelor of Science with Honours; or (b) a single or combined course leading to the degree of Bachelor of Science including units comprising the Level 4 Research Project; or (c) a single or combined course leading to the degree of Bachelor of Engineering including units comprising the Level 4 Project; or (d) the Graduate Diploma of Science (Hydrogeology) programme including units comprising the Research Project; or (e) the Master of Science (Hydrogeology) programme by thesis and coursework, or by coursework and dissertation. To be eligible to take up the scholarship an applicant must enrol in the course for which the scholarship is awarded.
