CTW Marita Trezise Memorial Scholarship

The Centenary Trust for Women Marita Trezise Memorial Scholarship is offered to assist and encourage a meritorious female student experiencing financial hardship and for whom educational opportunities are limited for example because of distance, economic disadvantage, cultural differences, disability, or responsibility for the care of children, the ill or the elderly, to continue her course for the degree of Bachelor of Economics either as a single degree or part of a combined course at The University of Western Australia. Applicants cannot have already completed the requirements of a course of study regarded by the University as equivalent to or higher than an Australian bachelor's award.

The scholarship is available to a female student who has completed 96 points of study for the degree of Bachelor of  Economics either as a single degree or part of a combined course and is equivalent in value to the Commonwealth Scholarship (Commonwealth Education Costs Scholarship) in the year of award. The maximum duration of the scholarship is one year.

Applications are usually called for in conjunction with the Commonwealth Scholarships & UWA SWANS Scholarships, and completed through the Pandora Online Application System.
