CFH and EA Jenkins Postgraduate Research Scholarships

The late Mrs EA Jenkins has donated a sum of money, establishing a fund to provide for scholarships to enable suitably qualified international applicants to enrol for higher degrees by research in environmental science at The University of Western Australia.

The Jenkins Scholarship may be awarded as a full scholarship or a supplementary 'Top-Up' scholarship. The full scholarship is valued at $26,669pa (2009 rate) and indexed annually in line with the Australian Postgraduate Award (Industry), plus a $5000 Travel Allowance for overseas research.

The 'Top-Up' scholarship is valued at $6000per annum to be held concurrently with a postgraduate research scholarship or award (the 'primary award') such as a University Postgraduate Award (International Students). The Travel Allowance is not available with the Top-Up scholarship.
