Scholarships

Medical reports

Medical reports are required for specific scholarships.

The medical report should include:

  • the severity of your current medical condition or disability
  • how the condition affects your ability to study now and in the future.

A report dated within a month or two of the closing date for scholarship applications is preferable.

Please note that while you may have to pay a health provider to write a current report, there is no guarantee that you will be awarded a scholarship to offset any cost incurred. Accordingly, you may elect to submit a copy of the most recent medical report you hold.

Reports that are old or lack detail may disadvantage the assessment of your application.
