UWA Fogarty Foundation Undergraduate Scholarships Programme

The UWA Fogarty Foundation Scholarships are offered by UWA in partnership with the Fogarty Foundation, a philanthropic trust which supports excellence and encourages individuals to realise their potential.

Students must apply for these scholarships whilst they are in Year 12.  They can be deferred, but cannot be applied for following a gap year.

Application Advice

To be considered eligible to apply for a UWA Fogarty Scholarship, applicants attending a Tier A Broadway identified school must reasonably expect to achieve an ATAR of at least 95 and all other applicants must reasonably expect to achieve an ATAR of at least 99.

Shortlisted applicants must be available for an interview.

UWA Excellence Awards and UWA Humanitarian Awards

School Principals can nominate a year 12 student who they believe will excel at UWA, supporting documentation indicating the nominated student is in the top 5% of their cohort will need to be attached to the Excellence Award Nomination.

For the Humanitarian Award, visa details will need to be supplied.
