Scholarships Forms & Guidelines

If you want to set up a new postgraduate, honours or vacation scholarship, or to claim a thesis or relocation allowance, you have come to the right place. This section of the website also offers information on how to view your payslip.

For application forms and any other details directly related to a particular scholarship, please see the specific page for that scholarship, whether it is undergraduate, honours, vacation, postgraduate or fellowship/postdoctoral.

2010 APA/UPA Scholarship Applications (local)

Please note that although the deadline for applications is Friday 30 October, Referee Reports can be submitted after this date.

Please complete and email late Referee Reports to help@scholarships.uwa.edu.au by Monday 9 November 2009 to ensure that they are considered in the school assessment of applications. However, referee reports will continue to be accepted and uploaded into iAthena throughout the ranking process.

Supervisor/School Assessment Forms for all new HDR applicants (not required for current UWA Masters/PhD students):

Schools must complete a Supervisor/School Assessment form for all applicants who are recommended for enrolment in research Masters or PhD degrees. This form is required even if applicants are not recommended for or awarded scholarships, as it authorises the GRSO to offer enrolment to the applicant.

Please return all Supervisor/School Assessment forms to the Scholarships Office when the School ranking has been completed, and by the deadline of Friday 27 November 2009.
